过年了。听着电话那端父母强装欢悦的声音，我无地自容。常听出门在外的人说他们忠孝不两全。对我而言，早已是忠孝两不全。

2005, What Do You Mean?

One week after the year of 2005, I am still left wondering by this tough question.

The big picture, the impact of the tsunami disaster in south east Asia has been felt in internatoinal politics arena as to who is to do what, etc. A lot of people will have to change their job focus, if not the job itself. Looking around, we expect to stay closer with family and friends, get involved in community services, and have fun with kids, science, games, and parties.

To introspect, after three years of precipitation, I ultimately come to the phase of finalizing the ideas. To be or not to be is no longer a question. What remains in front, though, is a route of uncertainty. Everybody has to go through that way I understand. No exception for me of course. But still, kind of lost sometimes. When is the time I go ashore?

2005, you are still a mystery, but as always I'm cautiously optimistic.

Hello world!

First time to be with this kind of fancy stuff. Kind of wondering if it's sort of bulletin board, or serving as a diary tool for IT people, or something like that. Not very sure what it can be used for my (personal, professional, or whatever) purpose. The most prominent feature I guess is easy to publish online. It looks that I can use it as a simple way to write memo, essay, random thoughts, wild ideas, funny stories, things like that.

试一试中文，看样子也行。很纳闷，这玩艺儿有何用，为什么这么火？初试一把，感觉还不错。看起来至少可以用它来写随笔，胡思乱想什么的。
